GPS group reviewed

Just a fast mail. The archeos-gps group is OK. Actuall the only software 
is GPSBabel (to connect with some common devices, like Garmin and 
Magellan and to convert different formats). Probably this software will 
soon obsolete, but by now we can still keep it (since it is already in 
Jessie repos). Since ArcheOS Theodoric we dismissed GPSDrive, which is 
no longer necessary, since many GIS reads common gps format (e.g. gpx in 
QGIS). So archeos-gps meta is done.
