1) E`un brevetto hardware, IMHO. Brutto come tutti i brevetti.

2) Direi che invece che usare uno standard (TPM) e magari rilasciare
sorgenti, firmware ed hardware sotto licenze libere (cosa che sarebbe
estremamente utile), si sono inventati una cosa loro che, immagino, sarà
proprietaria.

Morale.. RMS è flippato, ma già si sapeva.
