W 98

Dopo aver installato ubuntu come spiegato sotto, ho digitato

Su hdc5 ho installato con successo ubuntu 6.06 e ora la schermata del 
GRUB mi dà 4 (quattro) opzioni: 
 - XP su hda1
 - Debian su hda5
 - Win 98 su hdc1
 - ubuntu su hdc5

Semplicemente spettacolare!
Almeno per me.
Ho un problema però: Win 98 non parte e mi serve, perchè c'è un 
programma che gira solo su quello e su Linux non esiste.
Dovrei eliminare la partizione su hdc1 su cui c'è W 98 e riformattarla 
come fat32? Come mi conviene proseguire per reinstallare W 98 ?
