Io sono in possesso di una SuSE 8.0, avendola installata su varie
macchine su cui inserivo come unit=E0 di backup un masterizatore, ho
provato ocn successo questi modelli:Yamaha CRW2100, LG GCE-8320, Mitsumi
CRW-4809TE, Waitec Aladar 8x4x32. Le scritture vengono eseguite
automaticamente (CRONTAB) tramite un piccolo script che invoca mkisofs e
cdrecord.
Non ho mai avuto problemi di nessun genere.

Comincio io. Chi mi conosce si ricorda di me.
Il primo ad entrare a MM assieme ad Abedark.
Sono rimasto silente, ma vi ho letto per mesi.

Dalla versione 6.2 alla 8.0 ho comprato tutte le release di
SuSE.
Il masterizzatore non ha mai funzionato.
E' un HP 8100, il pi=F9 standard degli standard.
Ho forwardato i messaggi d'errore anche all'inventore di
cdrecord (un tedesco di cui non ricordo il nome).
Non c'ha capito una mazza e non =E8 riuscito a capire il
problema.

Pazienza. Passiamo a ADSL. Mai funzionato.
Tutte le SuSe con il supporto USB e ADSL manco lo vedono il
modem.
Ericsson H120dp: prodotto in milioni di esemplari. Firmware
della Globespan standard de-facto in tutto il mondo.
Scaricato il driver EFIAdsl o come cacchio si chiama.
Non lo caga. Smanettato per ore anche di notte.
Niente. Manco si accendono i led.

Risultato: formattato l'HD di Linux e buttato via tutto.
