[LTP] TODO list for LTP

Hi Cyril,
 I was reviewing the TODO list [1][2]. They both seem a little out of
date. I know that updating a TODO lists always fall to the bottom of
the priorities. Would you happen to have a more up to date list that
you could post to the mailing list or update the wiki or commit to the
git tree.
