Mah, ho letto poco dell'articolo, ma mi pare un cavillo da discutere
quello delle sezioni invarianti decise dall'autore della documentazione,
in quanto puo portare effettivamente a limitazioni alla liberta di modificare
nel tempo lo scritto. Questo mi sembra esplicativo:

There are significant problems with invariant sections - they may become
inaccurate over time, but cannot be removed. They cannot be translated
into foreign languages. They may be offensive. The cover texts may be so
large, or so many may be added by subsequent authors as to use up all
the space on a book's cover.
