Hi all,

I started a lot of time ago to package TOPS, just after my first package
experience with Rectify, but I met some problems dealing with Python and
I left...

A package of TOPS 0.3-3 is actually available for Debian Jessy (testing):

Until July I cannot work on it, due to an intensive survey schedule.
