[ArcheOS] Problem building .iso

No, apt-cacher-ng should suffice.
Is apt-cacher-ng running and listening on the correct port? Try to run

sudo netstat -nutlap | grep apt

And paste the output.
Other solution could be to disable the fetch from the cache: but you have
to edit some files.
Tell me if is running...
