The problem can also be seen in the PostScript code:
%  height  xpos   ypos  width       height  xpos   ypos  width
   [80.00  10.50  10.00  0.85]      [80.00  12.50  10.00  0.85]
   [80.00  15.50  10.00  2.85]      [80.00  18.50  10.00  0.85]

The space between the first two bars extends from
(10.5+0.85=)11.35 to 12.50, i.e. it's 1.15 wide.
