il sito che frequento io e che credo sia pure quello ufficiale italiano è 
www.gentoo.it se vai sul forum italiano vieni poi reindirizzato al forum di 
gentoo.org nela sezione italaiana.

in www.gentoo.it trovi molte guide tra cui quella per installare gentoo a 
partire da qualsiasi stage è un bel manualozzo che spiega mui biene tutto.
