grazie... si, avevo visto

questi sono i link diretti ai 2 documenti pubblicati dal guardian:

http://www.theguardian.com/world/interactive/2013/oct/04/tor-stinks-nsa-presentation-document
http://www.theguardian.com/world/interactive/2013/oct/04/egotistical-giraffe-nsa-tor-document

comunque sono un po' scettico su questo paragrafo:
"There's also a case of diminishing returns as Tor becomes more
popular. With each user acting as a transport node, the sheer scale of
the system means it becomes steadily more difficult for the
intelligence community to run enough nodes to be useful for tracking."

Senza dubbio... più tor è usato da un pubblico eterogeneo, meglio è...

ma nella presentazione Tor Stinks, a pagina 23

"...it could be worse
-Critical mass of targets use Tor. Scaring them away from Tor might be
counterproductive.
-We can *increase* or success rate and provide more clients IPs for
individual Tor users.
-Will *never get 100%* but we don't need to provide true IPs for every
target every time they use Tor."
