Con l'occasione vi allego la risposta di SourceForge.net, devo trovare 
qualche altra soluzione, nel frattempo chi volesse scaricare l'iso per 
provarla o distribuirla può farlo a questo link provvisorio:

(naturalmente si scarica senza login e senza password)

- per amministrare mysql si può usare http://localhost/phpMyAdmin
                                                    login: admin e 
password: password
- per entrare in gazie http://localhost/gazie/admin.php
                                                   login: amministratore 
e password: password
- per entrare in sugarcrm http://localhost/sugarcrm
                                                   login: admin e 
password: password
da qualsiasi pc in rete basta sostituire localhost con l'ip ottenuto 
dalla live, ho ancora il problema della localizzazione di sugarcrm che 
conto di risolvere a breve.
Con due postazioni si può anche testare italc lanciando ica sul client e 
ica + sudo italc sul master.
