Si, perche' il tuo apache non viene 'forato' da questi tentativi
tutto sommato banali. Di solito sono tentativi automatizzati che provengono da
un server IIS compromesso. Puoi segnalare al proprietario che magari non sa
nemmeno che ha un server web acceso....
