cosi' com'e' exim consegna solo in locale.
cambia local con smarthost
dc_eximconfig_configtype='smarthost'
dc_smarthost='smtp.tuoisp'

poi da root digita update-exim4.conf 
prova ad inviare l'email e fa sapere se va.
