Non credo, la nuova legge non si occupa tanto del software di per se'
quanto dei supporti che lo contengono. La cosa piu' assurda che potrebbe
(*potrebbe*) accadere in Italia e' che per masterizzarti Debian, per
esempio, sarai costretto ad iscriverti alla Siae, mettere il bollino sul
CD e pagare le tasse a te stesso per ripagarti dei diritti di autore di
una cosa che hai masterizzato tu ;-)

Se installi un computer via Internet, per esempio con il tool apt di
Debian, la cosa non e' prevista dalla legge sul copyright ;-) e quindi
non devi pagare nulla.
