Although I'm not an Italian speaking person, I'll take a stab @ it....

If it's an ISA card causing IRQ troubles, usually there is a DOS utility
from 3COM that you can use to change the IRQ on the card if there are no
jumpers.  Or, you can try adjusting the PS/2 IRQ in the BIOS.
