[gpm] gpm 1.20.3pre6 released

Hello dear gpm devs & users!

As there seems to be an open bug that prevents using gpm with (at least)
elinks 0.12 there is another pre-release available: 1.20.3pre6.

If you are running mc, elinks or aptitude with gpm support, please
install 1.20.3pre6, kill your old gpm version (gpm -k) and try whether
selecting entries in the menu is possible with a single click.

Add the output of gpm -D if it does not work as expected.
