[gpm] NO non-member postings possible anymore

Hello!

As there is too much work per day to handle with postings made by
spammers I changed the mailman settings per today to

   DISCARD ALL NON-MEMBER POSTINGS

Rejecting is not a choice either due to faked from.

If you want to post patches to the list and do not want to subscribe,
send them directly to me.

If anyone is complaining about lost messages to the gpm-mailinglist,
forward this person to the archive entry of this mail.
