[gpm] gpm-1.20.3: Code freeze: 1. April 2008

Hello everybody,

many of the old patches are already included the current pre-release
and I think it is time to focus on a new stable release.

I would like to release gpm-1.20.3 some time after the end of
March (this year).

So if you have important patches (segfaults, security issues) for gpm-1.20.3,
please send them before the 1. April 2008. Everything send after that
date will go into gpm-1.20.4.

If you have bigger patches, code cleanups, etc. I would like to delay
them until gpm-1.20.3 is out, so there is a real stable version out
there again.
