Good question about the speed. If I remember
correctly, high speed ATA IDE interface/cable runs at
133mhz and it's good for 18 inches ( about 1/2 meter
). So if we keep the cable short and doesn't run over
anything noisy, it should be ok. If it doesn't work,
we could always try something else.
