F1267A RAM expansion card or dead j820.

Hi,

 i am looking for a (brave) person, who has 16MB RAM card
 and can desolder the RAM and plot how the pins are
 connected. Or at least make the high resolution picture
 of both sides. Or sell me this card for a reasonable price,
 so i can do this operation for the good of the mankind.
 Another option is to take the dead j820 motherboard
 and to trace the data/address busses.
 The purpose is to find out how much RAM we can
 put on the expansion card without soldering wires on
 the motherboard (hopefully 128MB).
