regmonsa1100 and regmonsa1101.

 Hi guys,

   regmonsa1100 and regmonsa1101 are the kernel
   drivers, that allow to read and write all device registers
   through /proc/sa1100/registers/* and /proc/sa1101/registers/*
   with cat and echo to make debugging easier.
