The connector is Molex slimstack 0.4mm pitch H=4.0mm 
partno 55339, if i am not mistaken.
The  E28F128J3 from the jornada720 parts can 
be reused. The question is, how do we get them ?

Another (annoying) fact is that the RAM banks should
be equally filled. If the whole memory bus is on the
connector (D/A/CS/OE) the problem can be solved.
Otherwise, the same 2 4Mx16 EDO chips should be used,
resulting in 32MB RAM...
