jornada 820 patch

Since the CVS is being reorganized, and you mightn't be able to check it out,
here is a patch with my latest modifications.
It has George's january 29 stuff, plus Oleg's hacks,
plus my superficial fixes.

Notable changes:
* doesn't reserve 2MB for WinCE.
 Gives it all to Linux except for the buggy page at 0xc005c000
* Improved documentation -- use it!
