Jornada list administration

While we're at, how hard would it be to fix the
archives?  

First off, in order to browse the archives, one must
have a password. Second, one must know the secret URL
trick.  Third, the messages are not searchable.  

How hard would it be to fix this or transition to the
sourceforge listserv?
