j820 update...

OK, so I did just a tad bit more hacking on the j820.

Progress:
* the toolchain should build out of the box on both the HEAD and the
unhh branch (the unhh branch does it more cleanly).
* the unhh branch now uses
http://wwwcip.informatik.uni-erlangen.de/~simigern/jornada-7xx/linux-2.4.31-j720-4/
as the upstream instead of either hh or unadulterated 2.4.27-vrs1.

Still not working correctly:
* when cardmgr attempts to run from debian it still dies out of a NULL
pointer dereference in do_it_

New hope: the j720 people are working on the 2.6 kernel, and could
provide us with a working upstream kernel...
