LinuxLudus: lettore cd

Ciao ho un problema che non riesco a risolvere se inserisco un cd audio nel
lettore HL-DT-ST-DVD-ROM GDR8163B non si monta neanche a manina il motivo è
che non può leggere il superblocco dmesg mi da
ATAPI device hdd:
Error: Not ready -- (Sense key=0x02)
No reference position found (media may be upside down) -- (asc=0x06,
ascq=0x00)
The failed "Read Cd/Dvd Capacity" packet command was:
"25 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 "
Col masterizzatore funziona tutto benissimo
