non sono sicuramente un espertone, tuttavia i miei dubbi di un tempo si
dissiparono con il leggere i termini di alcune licenze creative commons.

attualmente tutto cio' che scrivo lo rilascio con creative commons 2.0
Attribution-ShareAlike: scaricate, distribuite, modficate, riutilizzate,
anche in ambito commerciale se serve, ma citate sempre e comunque la
fonte.

un mayhem che sarebbe poi grazioso vedere cosa verrebbe fuori in una
causa ...
