traduzione di base-config

L'ultima parte dell'installatore Debian, che fa parte di un altro
pacchetto chiamato base-config, è pronta per la revisione.

Avevo appena finito la traduzione delle 110 stringhe quando è stato
fatto un commit di massa che le ha ridotte a 10 :-(
