Revisione system-tools-backend [-> 2.10] - passo 2

Ecco il PO di system-tools-backend (prima era noto come setup-tools-backend)
per l'ultima revisione prima del rilascio di GNOME 2.10
C'è 1 fuzzy, e non penso sia necessario rivederlo tutto.
Ho effettuato l'ultimo aggiornamento giorno 9 febbraio, quindi a meno di
qualche string freeze breakage non dovremmo avere più sorprese.
Ringrazio tutti quelli che gli daranno un'occhiata.
