Se non è possibile avviare (IPL) da CD-ROM e non si usa VM è necessario
per prima cosa creare un nastro IPL. Come farlo è descritto nella sezione
3.4.3 del Redbook

necessario scrivere sul nastro sono (nell'ordine):
