Revisione fast-user-switch-applet

Qualche giorno fa su gnome-i18n e' stato chiesto se qualcuno voleva
tradurre i moduli proposti per gnome 2.14. Ho provato a tradurre
fast-user-switch-applet. E' la mia prima traduzione, ho cercato di
seguire le direttive trovate sui vari siti web, ma vedete di non essere
troppo duri :)
