Ho cercato su wikipedia... non c'è molto: "mark to indicate where to
trim an image", answer.com riporta "lines to cut...".
Proporrei "Stampa li_nee di ritaglio"

Grazie, metto "Dimensione originale", si dovrebbe capire abbastanza bene
e non diventa troppo lunga.
