Revisione po-debconf di apt-listchanges

Ciao,
questo è l'aggiornamento della traduzione del debconf del pacchetto
Debian apt-listchanges per la revisione. Ho lasciato fuzzy le stringhe
che sono state modificate dall'ultima revisione.
