Ciao + traduzione scponly

Ciao a tutti.
Mi chiamo Riccardo Mattiuzzo e vorrei dare il mio piccolo
contributo a Debian.
Per iniziare (e' la mia prima traduzione) ho tradotto il
file .pot relativo a scponly. 
Sono solo 3 righe da tradurre, ma e' pur sempre un inizio ;)
