Revisione di dbconfig-common

Buon sabato a tutti,
vi allego l'aggiornamento del file debconf per dbconfig-common. Si
tratta di un aggiornamento che ha cambiato la metà del testo, quindi non
so ho evidenziato le stringhe nuove o modificate.
