po4a 0.40.1-1: Please update the PO translation for the package po4a

Hi,

You are noted as the last translator of the translation for
po4a. The English template has been changed, and now some messages
are marked "fuzzy" in your translation or are missing.

The original documentation has undergone some stylistic improvements, and
now it is more cohesive. We have tried to unfuzzy strings when possible,
but it would be great if you could check the strings. This time, the deadline
is huge :) so you may take your time.
