Forse è il caso di lasciarlo lo spazio finale, visto come viene

Non è che così è un po' troppo lunga?
La parte "There was an..." non ci sarebbe nemmeno. Potrebbe anche
essere il titolo del dialogo dell'errore:
Errore nell'elencare le categorie dei canali
