visto che hai cambiato ethernet in Ethernet e aggiunto il trattino a
wifi potresti anche mettere le maiuscole Wi-Fi

mi sembra meglio usare la solita preposizione
"...messaggi in uscita per i newsgroup e per la posta..."
"...messaggi in uscita dei newsgroup e della posta..."
oppure più libera però secondo me traduce meglio "outgoing"
"...nei messaggi inviati ai newsgroup e tramite posta elettronica..."
