upgrade archeos 3.0

hi Markus,
normally it is better to make a backup of computer data. once i tried to 
update ubuntu from 8.04 to 10.04 and everything was good. another time i 
had a problem in the graphical configuration from ubuntu 7.10 to 8.04.
