[ArcheOS] Proposte - Vector rendering engine for Blender

So, if the development of Freestyler will go on I think we'll include it in
the next release.
By the way, I think is a good idea to start picking up our brain for the
next version (I know that 4 isn't released yet, but we have a lot of ideas
for the future...):

   - What do we want to include?
   - What can be improved?
   - Which codename?
   - What can be removed?
   - Any thoughts...
