posso suggerire un comando che ti mostra esattamente cosa è stato installato e 
dove:
# dpkg -L egrupware
dovresti scoprire dove ti ha copiato i files per fare il setup, dopo di che 
creare un link simbolico (ln -s /usr/share/ecc..../egrupware) nella directory 
di apache. (/var/www) che punti a quella dir.

ln -s /usr/percorso/esatto/directory /var/www/egrupware
