Ciao a tutti,

finalmente son riuscito a far andare il modem adsl usb speedtouch 330 
"silver" sul portatile debian kernel 2.6.11.8, ora però vorrei farlo 
andare pure sul pc di casa.

Allora ho provato più e più volte a compilare il kernel ma dava sempre 
strani errori x usb e giù di lì. Quindi ho copiato il .config del 
portatile sull'altro pc, ho cambiato i chipset e l'hw che risultava 
essere diverso.

Ora mi ritrovo con due tipi di errore...
1) firmware timed out , e nn ne vuole sapere di far sincronizzare 
l'adsl, oppure

2) sincronizza la linea ma dopo aver fatto "pppd call speedtch" 
compaiono in shell (in tutte le 6-7 shell) continui messaggi tipo 
"SpeedTouch: Error -110 fetching device status" che bloccano il sistema 
x alcuni secondi.

Bah .. avete mai sentito parlare di problemi del genere?
