glug: Problemi compilazione Debian

Volevo porvi un quesito, pensando a problemi di infezione di virus che è
quasi impossibile ho reinstallato 4 volte la mia Debian sarge su un pc,
e sempre solo sullo stesso ho questo errore:

durante la compilazione mi da questo messaggio:

 ./configure
bash: ./configure: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied

cosa strana xke /bin/bash e /bin/sh esitono, cmq successivamente tento
il lancio del configure con la bash:

 /bin/sh configure

e me lo fa con qualsiasi applicazione io voglia compilare.
gcc è installato tutto e non capisco l'origine di questi problemi, dato
che ho 2 pc che ho reinstallato nello stesso giorno uno con kde(che è
quello che mi da i problemi) ed uno che ho a casa con gnome che però fa
tutto tranquillamente....

se sapete l'origine di queste problematiche.... aiutatemi!
