[Gpm] gpm-1.19.3 uploaded

I just uploaded version 1.19.3 of the gpm daemon. It fixes security
issues related to client identification in the server program.

I didn't test the new program, only compiled it before and after
making the tarball. It's uploaded to both my directory at systemy.it,
the official directory at ftp.prosa.it and metalab.unc.edu (currently
in Incoming).

Thanks to Olaf Kirch for reporting the problem and to Ian Zimmerman for
promptly fixing gpm.
