[Primipassi] strani errori durante il boot

ciao a tutti,
oggi accendendo il portatile durante il boot mi ha dato i seguenti 
errori, dopodiché ha fatto il check di / e si è riavviato, quindi tutto ok.
gli errori però mi spaventano un po', soprattutto perché ho notato degli 
strani comportamenti del pc negli ultimi tempi (lentezza dell'hd, 
sfasamento dell'orologio).

da quel che vedo dma è in effetti disattivato, ma come lo attivo?
non ho messo le mani su hdparm perché mi sembra una applicazione dalle 
alte possibilità di danno!
