Per ottenere la 'È' è sufficiente premere la e accentata con il tasto di
blocco delle maiuscole acceso. Questa funzione windows non ce l'ha! :-)

Forse non ti piace tradurlo ma non è un termine tecnico ma un termine
per farsi capire e quindi lo stesso scopo ce l'ha anche in italiano.

Ricordo che la capitalizzazione delle frasi è un Abitudine Diffusa Nei
Paesi Anglosassoni, ma che da noi non è corretta.
