Aggiornamento di gettext-runtime

il senso non è "viene copiato da SI a SO e i riferimenti alle VA sono
sostituiti dai rispettivi valori" ? Cioè, come dice il nome, si applica
la sostituzione dei valori della variabili d'ambiente?

Piuttosto: linguaggio naturale o linguaggio nativo ?
