Revisione della traduzione di dbconfig-common

Ciao a tutti,
allego la traduzione di un progetto recente che ha come scopo quello di
uniformare tutte le installazioni di pacchetti che accedono a motori di
basi dati. Questo nuovo pacchetto si occupa, per tutti gli altri, di
fare le domande all'utente e verificare tutto quanto riguarda la
connettività con il server.
