Revisione del po-debconf di dhcp3

Ciao a tutti,
questa è la traduzione aggiornata del po-debconf del pacchetto dhcp3 da
revisionare. Ho lasciato come fuzzy le stringhe nuove o modificate
rispetto alla traduzione precedente.
